3. Payment Terms

1. Payment for our services is due according to the payment schedule provided in your service agreement.
2. We accept secure payments through various gateways. Charges for services will be outlined clearly at the time of your order.
3. Additional charges may apply for custom requests or expedited services.
4. If applicable, taxes and additional fees will be specified separately. Payment must be received before any work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in the service contract.

4. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. For detailed information on how we collect, store, and use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where necessary to fulfill services or comply with legal obligations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by ConXeps or its content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Any custom work produced, including designs and development, remains the intellectual property of ConXeps until full payment is received.
6. Client Testimonials and Submissions
By submitting feedback, testimonials, or any content to us, you grant ConXeps a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your submission for marketing and promotional purposes. You waive any claims to compensation for the use of your submission. Submissions will not be used without prior consent if they involve sensitive or proprietary information.
7. Refund and Revision Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our services. If you are dissatisfied with the results, you may request revisions or a refund, subject to the following conditions:

1. Full Refund: Requests for a full refund may be made before the delivery of the initial design or service.
2. 66% Refund: A 66% refund is available if requested within 48 hours of service delivery.
3. 33% Refund: A 33% refund is available if requested between 48 and 120 hours after service delivery.
4. No Refund: No refund will be processed after 120 hours unless under special circumstances. Refund requests should be submitted in writing, and we will respond within 10 business days.

Revisions may be requested within the scope defined in your service agreement. Additional charges may apply for revisions outside the initial scope.
8. Service Delivery

1. Service timelines are agreed upon in your contract, with delays subject to prior communication. If the service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
2. Clients may opt for rush delivery services at an additional cost, subject to availability.
3. All final deliverables will be made available to you through your account area. If you encounter issues accessing the deliverables, contact our support team immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability
ConXeps is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question. We do not accept liability for damages resulting from third-party software or services, including but not limited to hosting or platform-specific issues.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the client must first contact our Dispute Handling Department. If the issue is not resolved through internal communication, the dispute will be subject to arbitration as per the laws. Any legal action will take place within the appropriate legal forums.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Malaysia. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the relevant jurisdiction, depending on the nature of the dispute, and as mutually agreed upon in the event of legal action.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate any of these terms. You may request the termination of any active services by notifying us in writing. Termination requests will be processed within 10 business days.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under this agreement due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.
15. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Violation
The Company and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright violation, please provide the following to the Company:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. A description of the copyrighted work being infringed.
3. A description of where the material is located on the site.
4. The person’s contact information.
5. A statement that the person believes in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

16. Site Policies, Modifications, and Severability
The client is encouraged to review all policies posted on the site. These policies govern the client's visit to the site. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the site, policies, and Conditions of Use at any time. If any conditions are deemed invalid, they will be severed without affecting the enforceability of the remaining conditions.
17. Fair Usage Policy
We provide unlimited revisions on projects; however, this is limited to 10 revisions after which additional charges will apply.

Refund requests are subject to compliance with our revision policy. The design rights will be transferred to the Company after refund, restricting the re-use of the designs as original designs.

All content on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The Company retains the copyright of all software used on the site. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and may not be used in connection with any product or service not associated with them.
20. Site Contents Usage
This site and its contents are for personal, non-commercial use only. Downloading or copying the contents for personal use is permitted, but reproduction, distribution, or sale is prohibited. Any downloaded materials do not transfer any ownership rights.
